Therapeutic color healing dates back to ancient Egypt, China and Persia. There were even special rooms where colored crystals of natural minerals were installed, and the colored light obtained through them was used to relieve emotional stress. It can be concluded that even in those days, people believed in the power of color, but they did not realize then that this is a science called Chromotherapy.

Color energy enters the human body by stimulating the pineal and pituitary glands. This, in turn, stimulates the work of hormones that affect a variety of human physiological processes, which are responsible for:

Stress is a state of intense tension in which a person is. Most often, its appearance is caused by unpleasant events and experiences. Color therapy can be carried out, for example, using special lamps that can illuminate a room in a certain color.

You can use an ordinary lamp with different color covers. Also, there are often used glasses in which the glass is covered with the desired color or a combination of colors. Nowadays, color baths are successfully used for correction of the emotional background, getting rid of stress and developing mental stability to various kinds of negatives. Their effectiveness can be increased with the help of aromatherapy, which is also a pleasant bonus for emotional state balancing. Colored aroma baths not only have a beneficial effect on the state of mind and body, but are also quite pleasant, as well as help to relax after another hard day and relieve unnecessary stress.

COLOR THERAPY FOR CHILDREN                                  

Color has an impact not only on adults, but also on babies, moreover, straight from their birth. Previously, ophthalmologists believed that a baby sees the world in black and white in the first days of its life. But this is a myth, since a baby is able to distinguish the entire color spectrum, though concentrates selectively, gradually highlighting the colors it needs from the surrounding reality. By the age of one, the child can already distinguish shades and choose which color he or she finds more pleasant.

With the help of color therapy, you can correct child's aggression, mood, apathy and indolence. Children's color therapy primarily involves the establishment of the baby's favorite color with the consistent introduction of it to the surrounding space.
